Cindi Porter:  Managing Broker/Owner

Ms. Porter is our Managing Broker, the Principal Broker for East Tennessee Waterfront Properties, and an owner of both that company and East Tennessee Real Estate Company.  She brings over a decade of banking and real estate experience to the business world. As a long term resident of the area, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the local market, both on and off the lake. Her background and connections into the banking world make her a valuable asset to our customers. Her intricate understanding of the area's real estate market makes her an invaluable part our team.

Gary Venice:  Affiliate Broker/Owner

Mr. Venice is an Affilate Broker with East Tennessee Waterfront Properties and an owner of that company as well as East Tennessee Real Estate Company. He has over 25 years of electrical engineering and business management experience. He previously owned and managed a multi million dollar engineering firm. His work took him all over the globe, managing the construction of manufacturing plants where he built a reputation of providing superior service, getting projects done on time and within or under budget. His dedication to the fine details and logical approach to accomplishing tasks provide a huge benefit to our clients. After selling his business and retiring to this area, Mr. Venice found a new passion in the real estate business and brings to our team the same level of professional skill and conduct that made him successful in the past. His global exposure and extensive travel make him an asset dealing with a customer base that is located worldwide. An avid boater, Mr. Venice has an excellent understanding of the waterways of East Tennessee and the intricacies involved in dealing with the TVA and the Army Corps of Engineers.

Robbin Rothwell:  Affiliate Broker

Robbin is an Affilate Broker with East Tennessee Waterfront Properties. Having an established career of over 28 years in the world of Accounting, Finance and Management, Robbin has myriad business experiences to bring to the real estate market. After attaining her MBA in 1998, Robbin had more time to devote to the things she loved to do. One of those "loves" was personally investing in and studying real estate markets. After several years of buying and selling for herself, Robbin decided to expand her love for the real estate business by helping others realize their own real estate dreams. Robbin is thrilled to join East Tennessee Waterfront Properties. Her goal is to provide clients exceptional service and to share her enthusiasm about the beautiful properties her home state of Tennessee has to offer!

Jeremy Bivens:  Affiliate Broker

Jeremy is an Affiliaite Broker with East Tennessee Waterfront Properties. Jeremy is very well known in this area, especially in the Ten Mile and Meigs County areas of Watts Bar Lake where his family has deep roots. Jeremy brings many years of successful listing and sales experience with him to our company. He has owned is own real estate company in the past, and has worked on a number of large land development deals in recent years. Jeremy is the listing agent for The Cove at Apollo Shores, an upscale planned waterfront community on Watts Bar Lake. He also is co-owner of the River Road Market in Ten Mile.  At this busy establishment and community focal point, Jeremy makes numerous personal connections, with both local residents and lake vistors, which can help you sell your property. 

Trisha Heartman: Affiliate Broker

Trisha is our most recent Affiliate Broker with East Tennessee Real Estate Company.  She has been in the insurance field for thirteen years, has over 20 years experience working in a business office envrionment and is very enthusiastic about starting her second career.  She is well known in the Rhea County area and has lived here all of her life.  She loves meeting people and making friends and is very motivated in helping you buy or sell your property.

Estelle Tufts:  Office Administrator

Estelle is the Office Administrator for East Tennessee Waterfront Properties and East Tennessee Real Estate Company. She brings to our team an extensive background in business operations, having owned her own business in Ohio. A former Floridian, she relates well to our many Florida customers. Her knowledge and expertise in business practices is the "glue" that holds both companies together. An avid boater, Estelle lives on the lake and enjoys the many recreational opportunites that abound in this area.

East Tennessee Waterfront Properties and East Tennessee Real Estate Company have a strong advertising management department which is charged with marketing our listings worldwide. We are fortunate to have an Advertising Manager with extensive real estate marketing experience and also photographic and editorial expertise from a major metropolitan newspaper.
