Gary Venice: Managing Broker/Co-Owner
Mr. Venice the Principle Broker with East Tennessee Waterfront Properties and an owner of the company as well. He has over 25 years of electrical engineering and business management experience. He previously owned and managed a multi million dollar engineering firm. His work took him all over the globe, managing the construction of manufacturing plants where he built a reputation of providing superior service, getting projects done on time and within or under budget. His dedication to the fine details and logical approach to accomplishing tasks provide a huge benefit to our clients. After selling his business and retiring to this area, Mr. Venice found a new passion in the real estate business and brings to our team the same level of professional skill and conduct that made him successful in the past. His global exposure and extensive travel make him an asset dealing with a customer base that is located worldwide. An avid boater, Mr. Venice has an excellent understanding of the waterways of East Tennessee and the intricacies involved in dealing with the TVA and the Army Corps of Engineers.
Estelle Tufts: Office Administrator
Estelle is the Office Administrator for East Tennessee Waterfront Properties and East Tennessee Real Estate Company. She brings to our team an extensive background in business operations, having owned her own business in Ohio. A former Floridian, she relates well to our many Florida customers. Her knowledge and expertise in business practices is the "glue" that holds both companies together. An avid boater, Estelle lives on the lake and enjoys the many recreational opportunites that abound in this area.
Jeremy Bivens: Affiliate Broker
Jeremy is an Affiliaite Broker with East Tennessee Waterfront Properties. Jeremy is very well known in this area, especially in the Ten Mile and Meigs County areas of Watts Bar Lake where his family has deep roots. Jeremy brings many years of successful listing and sales experience with him to our company. He has owned is own real estate company in the past, and has worked on a number of large land development deals in recent years. Jeremy is the listing agent for The Cove at Apollo Shores, an upscale planned waterfront community on Watts Bar Lake. He also is co-owner of the River Road Market in Ten Mile. At this busy establishment and community focal point, Jeremy makes numerous personal connections, with both local residents and lake visitors, which can help you sell your property.
Virginia Luhn: Affiliate Broker
Virginia Luhn, an Affiliate Broker recently joined our firm as an affiliate broker. She moved to the area in 2009 after falling in love with Tennessee and Watts Bar Lake. Virginia was a Property and Casualty insurance agent in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for many years. Her passion for people, customer service and helping people achieve their dreams are what drives her to do everything she can to meet your real estate needs. Her goal is to provide clients exceptional service and to share her enthusiasm about the beautiful properties her new home state of Tennessee has to offer!
Karen Lhota: Affiliate Broker
Karen is originally from West Palm Beach FL. After graduation she worked as a leasing agent in St. Petersburg and West Palm Beach FL where her duties included writing the lease agreements, showing properties to prospects and performing walk through inspections on properties prior to them being put on the market. In 1990 she married and moved to Naples, Fl. Where she worked as a certified dental assistant and volunteered her spare time at school and working as a substitute teacher.
After moving to Spring City in 2007, Karen decided to expand her love for the real estate business by helping others realize their own real estate dreams. Karen is thrilled to join East Tennessee Waterfront Properties. She is devoted to improving her skills and knowledge and is always willing to help others.
Jennie Zopfi: Broker
Jennie Zopfi, a Broker, has called Rhea County her home for the past 23 years! As such, she has become quite familiar with Southeast Tennessee and all it has to offer those who wish to make it their home!
Fresh out of high school, at the age of 19, Jennie graduated from The Tennessee Real Estate Education Systems with her Affiliate Broker's License, followed shortly thereafter with her Associate Broker's License in 2006. In an ongoing effort to equip herself with the best and latest tools and knowledge in her field, Jennie has completed over 470 hours of real estate specific education. In doing so, she has distinguished herself by earning several professional designations, including the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), the E-PRO (Internet Professional), and the GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute).
Her desire to excel, has earned her the admiration and respect of her peers. Jennie became the youngest member of the Board of Directors of the River Counties Association of REALTORS and at the age of 25, she was elected by the membership as the Association's President, the youngest in the Country!
Perhaps her most notable accomplishment occurred recently, when she was accepted into the 2011 National Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy, one of only 27 participants Nationwide!

Bob Lamb is an affiliate broker with East Tennessee Waterfront Properties. Bob has been in the Watts Bar Lake area for over 50 years and has worked, played and/or lived on this lake for most of that time. Bob has developed Watts Bar property for residential living and lives on Watts Bar Lake.
